History

Digitec (Aust) Pty Ltd successfully  completed the acquisition of ComputerLand Gold Coast in July 2006 which was established in 1981 and has been operating from the same location (Scarborough Street Southport) for 26 years until the relocation in June 2007 due to change in business direction. ComputerLand was focused in Retail Business from date of conception and since the relocation it has withdrawn out of retail market and now has committed to pursuing business opportunities in the SMB and Corporate Market. ComputerLand was the most established Computer Organization on the Gold Coast. Since 2006 ComputerLand continues to exist under the Digitec brand name.

ComputerLand has been successfully providing quality service and solutions throughout Southeast Queensland since 1981, which has rewarded ComputerLand with an enviable A1 reputation that is unmatchable by our industry peers.

Digitec Australasia Pty Ltd acquired Digitec (Aust) Pty Ltd as of July 2012. Due to the acquisition Digitec now also operates in Papua New Guinea  under Digitec PNG Limited banner and plans to open offices in other South Pacific Countries in due course.

Staff
