Return To Manufacture Warranty
This is our detailed RTM1 Policy.
Returning of   the original invoice date for DOA (Dead on Arrival), merchandise must be returned back to Digitec for replacement, exchange or refund if found to be defective but not physically damaged by the Customer.
Returning after DOA period, merchandise is defective but not physically damaged is serviced directly through the manufacturer. Customer must contact the manufacturer for all warranty return. Please be aware that some manufacturer offer on-site pick up and return services.
